The UC Theatre is an independent, non-profit music venue in Berkeley, California. Their Concert Career Pathways Education Program (CCP) seeks to remove the barriers of entry into the music business for underserved communities. This free workforce development program teaches young people ages 17 to 25 the technical, creative, and business skills needed to be successful in concert and event promotion.
